Cast iron pot: Made of low carbon steel with a maximum carbon content of 0.08%, without handles and having a smooth cylindrical shape, with a bottom flat area diameter not less than the cooking area diameter. The maximum depression C at the bottom of the container is 0.006d, where d is the diameter of the bottom flat area, and the bottom of the container is not convex. It is made of A3 low carbon steel and the surface is treated with blackening. It meets the volume requirements in Table 101 and the parameters requirements in Figure 104 (a set of 5 with diameters Φ110mm, Φ145mm, Φ180mm, Φ220mm, Φ300mm), mainly used for cooking oil heating tests.
